Job Summary

As the Chef Manager for Restaurant Associates, you will support the successful culinary services at Peloton. This position focuses largely on pantry services and catered functions. You'll update catering menus seasonally, take inventory and place orders for all pantries. This is a great opportunity for a junior culinarian looking to expand into management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the successful culinary services of a designated corporate account
• Provide outstanding hospitality to clients and guests
• Manage hourly associates
• Supports seasonal marketing initiatives, creating menus
• Assists with managing cost controls and controlling expenditure, inventory, ordering
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of related culinary experience
• Experience in fine dining, restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations
• Knowledge of food and industry trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, safety, food cost controls, and presentation
• ServSafe or Department of Health Certification is preferred
• Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products including Excel
