This position is responsible for optimal reimbursement, proper documentation/diagnosis to justify the reason for a skilled service and reimbursement request. Skilled Nursing experience desired. We look forward to meeting you soon!

POSITION SUMMARY:  

• Care Manager is responsible for the development, maintenance and implementation of the standards of nursing practice and objectives as it relates to the Minimum Data Set requirements and with the established policies and procedures of the governing body in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. 
• The Care Manager is responsible for optimal reimbursement, proper documentation/diagnoses to justify the reason for a skilled service and reimbursement request.
