We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to support requirement gathering, business analysis, documentation, and data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to improve business processes and support project delivery.
Gather and document business requirements and functional specifications.
Prepare BRD, FRD, use cases, and user stories .
Analyze data using Excel and SQL to support business decisions.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvement solutions.
Support UAT activities and validate system changes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance).
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, MBA, Information Systems , or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
Basic knowledge of SQL .
Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Power BI or Tableau
JIRA / Confluence
ERP / CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle)
