PURPOSE:
Temporary Business Analyst responsible for supporting Data Center Operations Projects.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Business Analyst will have the primary responsibility of supporting the organizations shift from VMWare Hypervisor. This would include writing documentation, communications, and coordination with stakeholders.
Document processes and work with Global Technology Support Teams to publish documentation in Hyatt Documentation repositories.
Support Coordination with Governance Team, Support Teams, and IT Field Services, and other stakeholders.
Draft and coordinate sending of Communications associated with Data Center Operations Projects
Collect and report on feedback associated with Data Center Projects
Document Business Requirements based on feedback collected
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ Years in a similar Analyst or Support Role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience Writing Technical Documentation and proficient using O365 tools
Foundational knowledge of Servers, Operating Systems, and Hypervisors.
Experience with meeting coordination, organizing notes, and keen attention to details
Experience with collecting feedback, documenting business requirements, and influence data-driven solution building.
Familiarity with Agile methodology in DataCenter Operation setting.
