Job Description

Description Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: + Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries. + Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. + Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions. + Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closings. + Manage payroll processing and related reporting. + Track and manage budgets, expenses, and cash flow. + Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. + Collaborate with accountants and auditors as needed. Requirements Qualifications: + 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. + Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage). + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications. + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. + Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; relevant certifications a plus.
