Leasing Consultant (Bilingual: Spanish/English)

Location: Brownsville, TX

Pay: $17/hr | Contract/Temp Assignment

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Show and lease vacant units to prospective residents
• Answer inquiries and provide property details
• Process applications and assist with move-in paperwork
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with management
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience required
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and compliance
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, Onesite, or similar)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Professional and reliable
