Our dealership provides a team-first environment where effort is recognized and success is rewarded.Responsibilities - Service Manager:Manage an efficient and profitable high-volume automotive dealership Service DepartmentManage and coach automotive technicians, service advisors, and support personnelOversee employee training and development Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and handle escalated concernsMonitor department performance (sales, gross profit, productivity, CSI scores)Develop action plans to improve performance and increase customer loyalty and CSISet and obtain sales objectives and control costsEnsure maintenance and repairs are performed correctlyEnsure proper equipment maintenance and a safe working environment Requirements: Required: Automotive dealership service management experience with excellent leadership, sales, time management, 'people' and administrative skillsStrong managerial and motivational skillsVerifiable track record of growing the business and high customer satisfactionOutstanding customer service and customer/employee retention skillsFinancial and business acumen and the ability to increase revenue and profitsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environmentExcellent computer, customer service and communication skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorMust be able to work an extended hours schedule, including weekends.
