The Houston office is seeking a mid-level Associate  with  Tax  Transactiona l experience to join the Tax group .

Responsibilities:

• Handle complex tax transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, and restructurings.
• Provide strategic legal advice on tax planning and compliance for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-office teams to manage high-level transactions and deliver effective solutions.
• Draft and negotiate tax-related agreements and documents.

Qualifications:

• J.D. with law firm experience, focusing on tax transactions.
• Strong academic credentials and legal research skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Experience in corporate tax matters is preferred.
