Full Time Associate Dentist needed at Private Practice in Bethlehem, PA!

Are you a motivated and skilled dentist seeking a full-time opportunity in a thriving, high-tech, and well-established private practice? With over 27 years of excellence and growth, our patient-focused, digitally advanced office is expanding and looking for an associate dentist to join our team. This is a new position driven by increased demand, not a replacement. Enjoy a supportive environment with clinical autonomy, mentorship, and a consistent, loyal patient base. You’ll work 34–36 hours per week in a collaborative setting with cutting-edge technology, efficient systems, and a team committed to delivering high-quality care. Immediate start available. Competitive compensation offered.

Compensation:

• Compensation: $700+/day guaranteed rate for the first 3 months OR 33–35% of collections initially
• Lab Fees: 100% covered by the practice

About the Practice:

• Patient Base: Primarily adults (85%)
• Fee Structure: Completely FFS and PPO
• Annual Revenue: $3.5M+
• Average Patients/Day: 10+
• Technology: Fully digital, Milling unit, Digital scanner, Ultrasonic canal locator, Implant printer

Schedule:

• 4.5 days/week (Off by 5:00 pm, 1/2 on Fridays)

Requirements/Preferences:

• Experience: 1+ year or completion of a Residency program
• Clinical Skills: Molar endo required, Implant placement preferred
• Personality: Team-oriented, efficient, growth-focused
