Daybreak Dental is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist at our private dental practice located in the vibrant community of Austin, Texas. This is a Full-Time opening that requires the presence of the dentist onsite, as the role is Not a Remote Job. The Associate Dentist will take an active role in promoting dental health by performing a broad range of dental procedures. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of general dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, crowns, and root canals.
  • Conduct comprehensive exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
  • Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive care measures.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate patient clinical records using Open Dental software.
  • Adhere to all infection control, OSHA, and clinical safety protocols.
  • Utilize advanced digital systems such as iTero for scanning and treatment support.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure continuity of care and high patient satisfaction.

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Active dental license in the state of Texas.
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in general dentistry.
  • Proficiency in endodontics, extractions, and utilizing digital workflows (e.g., iTero).
  • Familiarity with Open Dental software is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both patients and team members.

$250,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
