Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Manager in overseeing all aspects of property management,including owner/tenant relations and lease administration.
  • Assist with scheduling showings, tenant screening, and application processing
  • Prepare leases, notices, and documentation for new and current tenants
  • Facilitate move out process with any residents vacating to ensure proper handling of utilities, possession of property, and expectation setting for move out related charges
  • Facilitate move in processes for all new residents
  • Facilitate the resolution of resident issues as a primary point of contact
  • Communicate with Section 8 Dept and other community agencies
  • Support compliance documentation and lease enforcement processes
  • Organize and update property files, leases, and contact records
  • Assist accounting with rent collection of late payments
  • Assist with vendor coordination and site access, if necessary
  • Any other requests of the property manager

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual Salary: $55,000 - $60,000
  • Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance.
