**Job Title: Assembly Technician** **Job Description** Performs electro-mechanical assembly, disassembly, and rework, including testing and repairing various electronic products and mechanical assemblies. Utilizes schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, engineering drawings, and wire lists. Responsibilities also include operating small power tools, hand tools, computerized and high-pressure equipment, installing electrical components, and connecting lead wires to testing equipment. Supports assembly, troubleshooting, and testing efforts under close supervision and assists in fulfilling customer expectations. The environment is moderately clean without a cooling system, and noise levels may fluctuate. Workers are regularly exposed to dust, odors, oil, and fumes. Attire includes jeans, t-shirt, and steel-toe boots. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Fredericksburg, VA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
