Training Description:

• Join daily “Healthy Drinking” program--Body Reading Tea sessions to practice the "BRT method", experience the effect of “drinking tea exercise and drinking tea fitness” and the efficacy of the rare and precious pure vintage Puerh Tea (at least 15years) .
• Join daily “Healthy Eating” program to experience how to mindful eat and identify food to improve the digestion, Management Weight and enhance mood and mental clarity.
• Learn how to identify the quality of tea as well as whether the food is beneficial or harmful to health by practising BRT method.
• Learn how to brew vintage pure Puerh tea and learn hold a public Body Reading Tea Session. Learn how to help others to find the way of health, fitness and relaxation and teach them how to keep a healthy living.
• Join the 4 days intensive training camps holding for the international BRT trainees to practice how to be an assistant trainer or even head Daocher.
• According to your own physical and mental conditions, choose intensive practice of the effect of BRT Fast, keep diary or Vlog/Blog truthfully to share the healthy improvement facts to others.
• Choose other intensive training courses: Zen Tea Meditation, Chinese poetry, Chinese calligraphy, Bambo Flute (natural musicotherapy), Natural Yoga, Natural Tai Chi, Healthy Cooking, Natural Wine making etc.
