Entry level position with plenty of room for growth! No weekends required, start as soon as tomorrow and earn weekly pay! MUST BE reliable, hard-working, and able to work outdoors in any weather.

Job Title: Apartment Day Porter/Grounds-keeper
About the Position:
The Apartment Day Porter (aka Groundskeeper)focuses on maintaining the curb appeal of the community. You will be responsible for mowing lawns, planting, weed whacking, painting, and assisting with janitorial tasks and maintenance tasks as needed. You will also build your skillset and knowledge of Maintenance as you grow within the company providing opportunities for pay increases and advancement.
About You:
The ideal candidate is self-motivated and possesses a dynamic personality, with the ability to interact and connect with different people. We need someone reliable with excellent work ethic and communication skills. You must enjoy the outdoors, and appreciate working in a peaceful and pleasant environment. You will bring in innovative ideas to improve the communities’ grounds to attract attention to our future residents as they look or stop by.
Requirements:
· No experience required
· Reliable means of transportation
· Ability to be prompt and on time every day
· Ability to solve problems and work with minimal supervision
· Best candidates are friendly, outgoing, and display a positive, upbeat attitude
· Responsible for work both inside and outside of apartment buildings and in all areas of the property including amenities and have frequent exposure to outside elements where temperature, weather, odors, and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous.
