St Bridget of Kildare Catholic School, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Teacher’s Aide to support classroom instruction and provide assistance to teachers and students in a Christ-centered learning environment. The Teacher’s Aide helps facilitate daily classroom operations, promotes student engagement, and contributes to a safe, respectful, and faith-filled atmosphere aligned with Catholic values.
Assist the classroom teacher in preparing instructional materials and organizing classroom activities.
Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
Supervise students in the classroom, hallways, lunchroom, playground, or other school settings as assigned.
Help maintain a clean, orderly, and nurturing classroom environment.
Monitor student behavior and support school rules and teacher expectations.
Encourage and model Christian values and behaviors in line with the teachings of the Catholic Church.
Respect confidentiality in matters related to students and staff.
Perform clerical duties such as copying, filing, and organizing supplies.
Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development as required
Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents
Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills
Ability to pass background checks and complete diocesan Safe Environment training
