Key Responsibilities:

Provide clients with information about our insurance products and services.
Assist clients in applying for new policies and renewing existing ones.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide effective solutions.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
Must be licensed in P&C, L&H in Ohio (OH).
Must obtain non-residential licenses for Kentucky (KY) and Indiana (IN) prior to hire.

Training and Work Structure:

First 90 Days:

30 days of in-office training, Monday through Friday (before transitioning to remote work).
30 days of in-office training with some remote work flexibility.
30 days of hybrid training (mix of in-office and remote work).

After 90 Days:

Full remote work with occasional in-office meetings or team events.

Compensation:

Base salary of $35,000, plus commissions and bonuses.
Target first-year annual income of $60,000.
Flexible work-from-home options.
