Job Description

This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role ideal for those who enjoy both content development and in-person facilitation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop clear, user-friendly training documentation for new features across both fan-facing and employee-facing applications.
  • Create onboarding and ongoing training materials for hourly operations staff.
  • Translate Figma files and technical specs into intuitive training resources.
  • Lead in-person training sessions for large-scale teams (up to 500 participants, ~30 per session, over multi-day formats).
  • Support train-the-trainer programs as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in instructional design, especially for operational or technical audiences.
  • Strong presentation design and facilitation skills.
  • Comfortable delivering live, on-site training in classroom settings.
  • Based in Inglewood, with availability for on-site sessions in CA during July, August, and September.
  • Experience with fast-paced rollouts or high-volume learning environments is a plus.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
