KERALA FLOOD SUPPORT

KERALA FLOOD RELIEF FUND by Indian Association of Denmark (IAD), DENMARK – Due to the recent heavy rain thousands of people are left homeless, agricultural lands are swept away, sections of roads and buildings have collapsed, all the water bodies have overflowed, tourists are stranded in severe flooding and landslides and landslips are adding to the damage, as more than half of Kerala is dealing with floods that have claimed lives of 324+ people so far which growing on and over 60,000 people have been displaced. Still missing cases have also been reported. More than 314,000 people were now living in more than 2,000 emergency relief camps set up in the area.

All your donations fund will support/help those affected by floods in Kerala. IAD in support are contacting local volunteer groups in Kerala which can help in deliver necessary materials needed. We will report about all the funds received and used with updates posted in IAD website.

If any of you know local people/volunteer groups who are helping hands, please let us know. If we don’t find solution with local volunteers, we transfer collected amount to CM’s Disaster Relief Fund (CMDRF): https://donation.cmdrf.kerala.gov.in/
